AT4 wireless Selected as an Authorized Test Laboratory for New AllJoyn Certified Program

| 20 October, 2015 | Four Testing Facilities: EMEA Testing Facility opens to perform IoT product conformance and interoperability tests. North America and APAC Facilities (Taiwan and Japan) to open soon.

AT4 wireless, a DEKRA company, since its acquisition in June 2015, is pleased to announce the recent designation by the AllSeen Alliance as an Authorized Laboratory for its new AllJoyn Certified program, which validates that products can easily connect and interoperate with other devices and mobile and cloud applications to create new Internet of Things (IoT) use cases.

The AllJoyn® framework is an open source software framework that makes it easy for devices and apps to discover and communicate with each other. The software is developed by the AllSeen Alliance, one of the world's largest collaborative efforts working to advance the Internet of Everything through AllJoyn.

AT4 wireless has been closely collaborating with the AllSeen Alliance throughout 2015, in the development and deployment of the program, which validates that products displaying the AllJoyn Certified mark have successfully passed conformance and interoperability tests at an authorized test laboratory.

Currently, AT4 wireless’ Testing Facilities are ready to provide robust, real-world testing services - conformance and interoperability testing - to AllSeen Alliance members as well as non-members. “We are very pleased to be working with the AllJoyn Certified program. This designation reinforces AT4 wireless current services portfolio for the Internet of Things market. Our company provides the best testing and certification strategy for the IoT value chain. Our objective is offering most of the testing services for conformance, regulatory, network operators and some leading industry consortiums in our International IoT test labs to optimize the efforts in certification for manufacturers willing to market multiple countries and networks with their devices,” said Fernando E. Hardasmal, Managing Director at AT4 wireless.
